وی اضافه كرد: تمامی شهرداریهای كشور برای جلوگیری از این شكاف 140 هزار میلیارد ریالی تلاش كردند اما باید در این خصوص فعالیتهای گسترده ای در حوزه جذب سرمایه گذاری صورت گیرد.

وی اظهار كرد: تنها سه درصد درآمدهای شهرداریهای كشور از بخش عوارض شهری است كه بدین جهت برنامه ریزی ها باید از این امر دور شده و به سمت سرمایه های جایگزین آن حركت كنند.

دبیر كمیته معاونین اداری مالی كلانشهرهای كشور، هزینه های شهرداریهای كشور را در دو بخش هزینه های نگهداشت و توسعه تشریح كرد و افزود: هزینه های نگهداشت با اخذ عوارض از شهروندان رفع می شود ولی برای توسعه عمران و آبادانی شهری باید به سمت سرمایه گذاری در سطح كلان پیش رفت.
